  1. Hi, you should implement a "Sync all Basecamp projects". I've created several and have to do it one by one now.

    You should implement a "Sync all Basecamp projects"-button in TeamGantt. I've created several basecamp projects that i want to sync and have to do it one by one now.

    When I sync one, it automatically takes you to the newly synced TeamGantt project so have to Go back -> My account and sync another one over and over again.

  2. project batch actions from Home page

    Would be great to be able to add users en masse to projects using a batch action. Currently very tedious to add a new person to many projects.

  3. Notification settings

    I have used many similar platforms before and I would really like to be able to control other user's notification settings on TeamGantt. Definitely missing this functionality as we cannot adjust it for guest users who don' have the time to change it themselves.

  4. Highlight a date

    The ability to highlight a specific date matched to a milestone on the Gantt Chart itself. It would allow the user to see that date marked at any point even if they've scrolled up/down away from the milestone. Good for fixing the date as an important one. Perhaps color coding so that several dates can be highlighted.

  6. Email notifications whenever someone updates teamgantt

    It would be useful for teamgantt to email the admin of a project whenever someone has provided an update to the project. Or have a weekly summary of all the changes.

  8. Changing a task duration by typing the new duration in the form should affect dependencies

    When you drag a task bar to change the duration, the dependent tasks move appropriately. But if you open a task and type a new duration into the form, the dependent tasks don't move. The behavior should be consistent.

  9. Email Team About Progress

    It would be great to be able to email team members from the task asking them to update the status. It would be even more great if the team member could update the progress from the email. This would make collaboration even easier.

  12. Enable weekends to be set in preferences

    The weekend is set to SAT-SUN, but the weekend is FRI-SAT in the UAE and THU-FRI in Oman across the border, and I've got projects there as well as the US/UK. Could weekends default to SAT-SUN but available to change in preferences? Would be happy with one setting, but delighted if we could set weekends for each project or colour-code multiple weekends for an international project.

  13. Organize Users by Organization or Company Membership

    We do contract work for a lot of organizations and we would like to give them access to their project's gantt.

    It would be nice if users could be organized into groups based on which company they belong to.

    Pulling this info directly from basecamp ( using the upcoming basecamp integration here: http://tinyurl.com/kjtxy7k ) would also be a huge bonus!

  14. Import/Export doesn't work for collaborators

    It would be great if the collaborators' emails would also get saved and upon successful import of a project, an email would be sent to them (maybe gated by the admin's approval)

    I would find it ideal if I had a "notes" section for each task/group/milestone where I could enter a description of the what the item "means." I am using the comments now but I don't want to create a list of comments as I edit the description.

    Here is an example:
    I have a task called "create project charter." I would like to have an area on that task where I can provide guidance to my team on what should be included in a "project charter." My definition of this deliverable and other tasks/groups/milestones is evolving as we work through…
