Show names of Subgroups ON the subgroup bar, just like tasks
I like to see the name of a tsk inside the bar. But when converting a task to a subgroup, the name disappears. If I switch on "show task names next to bars" they are displayed, but I don't like that view and it is not consistant that subgroup names is shown in one view and not the other?

A "Notes/Comments" field per month and/or week
We usually have monthly "themes", focusing on a certain product, and and it is also helpful to add notes like "xmas holidays", "office closed", and other 'global' events that help you see the big picture when planning

Make tasks iCal invites
Make a task a iCal meeting invite so the resources can accept/decline a task. They also get the tasks into their own calendar

Add option to turn a group header bar on/off
I would like to selectively remove the group header bars. In projects with many groups of just a few task, they add a lot of visual clutter & take up too much vertical space.

Support printouts with less vertical space
Create a print view with a level of detail in between "collapsed" and "expanded".
If a group is composed of sequential tasks, display those on a single row but preserve the color and container shape: [first task duration][second task duration][third task duration]
If a group has two simultaneous tasks, the second task would be displayed on a second line.

Reduce size of subgroup header bars by 50%
The group and subgroup headers are too similar, visually, especially in projects with many groups of just a few tasks each.

Add 'Type' attribute to docs and notes and show it on project update
It would be very usefull to add a 'type' attribute to both notes and and docs. For example a note or document could be linked to a briefing or a change request. So it would be great if the user can sort the notes/docs by type. This would also help increase the level of understanding (if doc-name will be displayed even better) in the update mails as one can see what kind of document has been attached.

Live collaboration when working
It would be really great if I could see who is currently logged into the app (from my team), and the changes they are making to a project at the same time I am making changes or adding tasks.

Resource Management
Ability to assign availability for resources. Such as sick leave/holiday so when planning you can tell if a resource is going to be available or if you need to pull in more talent.

Add Messages and Tasks to Dashboard
Dashboard should have a couple of columns below the projects...
Messages (so you don't have to rely on emails)
and
Tasks (There are tasks that do not need to be in the Gantt Chart, but need to belong to a Group/Sub-group)

prioritize Google Drive Intigration via API
Google App Scripts are mindblowingly powerful. Would love to combine the power of those with Team Gannt so we could tie it closely into the community toolchain we are building.

Change the colour of the month dividing line to be different to the week
The vertical lines that delineate the weeks are exactly the same colour as the ones that mark the months and it can be difficult to distinguish between them.

Red Color for overdue
For those tasks overdue and low %, show them a deep red. For those overdue with a higher % completion, maybe a progressively lighter red color. Thanks!

Show dates / weeks on Dashboard
The dashboard view is nice but it doesnt give a lot of info.
Calling it "Full detailed view" isnt exactly right :)There should be some kind of indication that shows how long a period the bar stretches over. Let it show months & weeks!
Also It would be nice if the mileposts where marked with dates.

data entry for many tasks could be easier/efficient
a task-based data entry view with a spreadsheet like feel to it would be great for heavy data entry. Tab between fields, enter goes to new task row (click something that says you're done editing), date fields for quick entry -- fine tune it later with drag/drop. even if you leave off the date fields for now, it would be great to have such a mode for heavy data entry of tasks.
Also, if I could paste a list from another app into that new data entry view that would save lots of time. To start, just the task names…
