Zapier integration
TeamGantt is great, but a little silo'd - we really need it to integrate with other apps we use day-to-day. Dropbox, Office365, Slack/Teams, Calendar.
Is it possible to provide Zapier integration so from there we can link up with other projects.
26 votesWe have launched Zapier integrations! You can find it here: https://zapier.com/apps/teamgantt/integrations

the integrations of (Kanban) Boards
It would be nice to have a board, where you can see the tasks/cards and where you can move them by drag&drop.
Other online-tools provide this. What's with you TEAMGANTT?
Is this planned?Thanks,

RESTful API
Wouldn't it be great to add the RESTful API to TeamGantt?
- Each method along with its own URL.
- CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) functions.
- Input/Output: JSON, XML, etc.
783 votesThe TeamGantt API is now in beta!
Documentation: https://teamgantt.docs.apiary.io/#introduction/array-parameters

Good news! This was just recently released to the app store for iOS!
You can view your projects as task lists on the go, add tasks, update progress, add comments, and more!
We haven’t spread the word on it yet, as it’s so new. However, we are looking for some early testers to check it out. If you are able to check it out, we’d love to hear your feedback.
Thanks!

Set colour of new tasks to be same as the last task created
Something that should be fairly simple that would speed up my task entry considerably would be to make the colour of the new task default to the same colour as the most recent colour I set for a the last task I created.
BACKGROUND
I tend to use a convention that Grey tasks have "ball park" estimates of effort/duration and then once they've been fluffed out and rounded out then we give them some other colour.
So in that mode of setting up a new project I will be entering a bunch of grey tasks.
Then later in another "mode…
4 votesBy using the color picker in the top right hand corner of the page. All tasks added will be that color. If you wish to change colors as you go for batch groups, you can change the default color in the top right.
This should give you what you need.

Please make it possible to duplicate Groups.
We often duplicate an existing project, or work with the template. In some projects we have identical groups of tasks. Simple example of a car dealership car delivery project. One group may be "prepare car for delivery", where in one project they may have three cars, and others six cars, for delivery. If you could duplicate a group, you could easily do this. Now we need to keystroke this. By the bye: We love TG!

Project Baseline
On some Gantt based Project Management tools, you can see the original project Baseline in View options. So whatever your original time planned for each task and project was you can compare to the Baseline to see if / how far the plan has slipped. I can imagine this working somehow like laying the project out and clicking Project Settings > Set Baseline.
1 voteBaselines are available. You can get to them in Menu > Baselines. Here’s a link to a blog post on them: http://teamgantt.com/blog/2012/06/06/baselines-now-supported/

Schedule change alert
It would be nice if as part of your daily notification e-mails there could be a section indicating whenever someone made a change to a schedule, especially a delay that affects other dependencies. It could indicate which user made the change, the original date for that task, and the revised date.
22 votesWe’ve had this feature for a little bit, but finally getting around to updating this. We now have a feature that will email those assigned to the task, notifying them of the changes.
Enjoy!

Don't count completed projects against project total.
I think it's crazy that completed projects count against the project total. We never have more than 20 things going on at once, but it's silly that we can't archive old ones without paying for the top tier plan.
Other tools only count active projects towards your total; if this doesn't change, we'll find another tool to use :(
1 voteThis has been included. Completed projects no longer count against you.

allow nested subgroups
For moderately complex projects, I really need to groups tasks under subgroups. Each component of my software system is a group, and then there are design tasks that I'd like to group, implementation tasks, etc.

Add support for time estimation and time spent
In our company we have a lot of customer related projects that are not only smaller in size then internal projects, but also requires us to report the amount of hours we have spent on a project.
What I would like to see is that the percent can be based on time spent / total estimated time. This is what we need:
1. Besides the current start date/end date chart we need a time estimation feature. Example; a project is due in three weeks, but in only requires 10 hours of development.
2. Add a time spent feature where our…65 votes
