Tracking time for several resources simultaniously
We have production mashinery on the line as resources. We would like to track time spent on tasks for all of them simultaniously using the timer. Now one person can only do one at a time.

Be able to create Groups from templates
Create a new Group via a template that you have built and saved.

Add the ability to create muliltiple conversations that are task independent
Allow us to create multiple standalone discussion threads within a project, that are not linked to a specific task or group of tasks.

Time types and personal holidays
When resources are entering time it would be great if they could select it to be overtime, travel time and weekend time.
In addition, it would be convenient if they could choose to add time which is not directly on a project, i.e. for training, illness, etc.
With these tools you would be able to do the full resource time booking in a single system without the need for an additional time tracking tool.In addition to this it would be handy to schedule planned holidays of resources. So you can have a better overview of the resource availability.

You need to make it CLEAR that the price after the trial is for 5 users.
I expected $7.95 a month for one user.I will reluctantly be leaving your platform, you have my gantt charting and all my setup work hostage. I’ll start again on your competition’s platforms. You should make single users pay accordingly, nobody wants to pay for more than they need.

Calendar feed for "Other Resources"
I would like to create a calendar feed which only shows specific tasks and milestones across multiple projects. A simple way to do this would be if I could subscribe to a feed driven by tasks assigned to a resource, rather than a user. I could then assign tasks to a resource called "calendar" and subscribe to that feed.

Create folders in the "File" storage
Thanks for the continuing upgrades to TeamGantt with the calendar and checklists! Now if we could create folders in the "File" storage! I find that when working with a lot of documents that are used over multiple phases - connecting the documents to a task isn't really practical. Accessing them through the Files repository give all team members easy access but the files stored are not organized in any way. Alternatively, there may be many files associated with one task and without the ability to organize them into folders - those files make it very difficult to find new files…

Duplicating tasks whith their checklist
I created some "template tasks" with a checklist so they can be duplicated by users, but unfortunately the checklist doesn't come with the duplicated task !

Single User Option?
Just too expensive right now for an extra $500.00 per year. There's only me and an assistant who would not be using the program anyway. I would love to manage my tasks using TeamGantt, but I'm going to have to go for the other option mentioned on the Trello Powerups.

Set a Task's percent complete based on the Task's checklist
The checklists are a great way to track the detail of what needs to be done in a task. This suggestion is to tie the Task's percent complete to the number of items complete in a checklist.
For example, I create a checklist inside a task called "Test Feature A". I then create a checklist inside "Test Feature A" with
- Test #1
- Test #2
- Test #3
When I check the box next to "Test #1", the percent complete for "Test Feature A" should change to 33% because 1 of 3 tasks is complete.26 votes -
Viewing unassigned tasks in the team availability area
When you are in the Team Availability section you can click on someone's tasks or even a resource's task for the day and it will show in the right corner of the screen Why can I not do this for unassigned tasks? I would like to know what the tasks are that are unassigned and having it all in one place would be great! This would allow me to know where things are not being assigned and make my team more useful.

Convert "Other Resources" to "People"
Currently if I setup Other Resources and use them in multiple projects, but at a later date need to convert them to a Person so they receive emails and can view tasks assigned to them it's not possible.
This would be extremely useful for us.

Edit Checklists
I would like to be able to edit checklists once I've added an item or change the order. I really like the checklists as reminders for some users of what is included in a task.

scroll
When in the Gantt chart, if I need to go out past the view on my screen I have to let go of what I am doing and scroll at the bottom and then move it out that way. Can we get the scroll to work while we are working within the chart? I would like to be able to hold onto a task or group of tasks and move them past my current view if need be without having to constantly scroll all of the time back and forth.

Make the calendar view more useful.
I love that I can look at the calendar and see that I have things within that day. But I have some really needed ideas.
1.With us running projects that have very similar tasks I have to click into the task to see what group it is linked to.
2.The tasks are not in the same order on the calendar as in the Gantt chart. My last task is before the rest of my tasks.
3. More filter options. If I am in one project or multiple projects I would like to be able to see one group of tasks…4 votes -
Allow association of SubGroups and Add Milestones to Trello Integration
Allow Trello Cards to be associated to SubGroups in TeamGantt and visibility/management of Milestones within those cards.
