Allow custom fields
Allow "Advanced" users to define custom fields for tasks and to define who can update their values (security restrictions, similar to the 'update own percentage' permission). Custom fields would be valid across all projects, not per project (otherwise you'll get into trouble trying to show all these with multiple projects on the Gantt chart - not worth the potential complications).
Each custom field would have a field name and a data type. I recommend the following custom-field data types:

Allow resource-specific holidays/vacations
We have people in different countries working on the same projects. It would be nice if each person/resource could have an individual set of holidays or vacations assigned to them, and then to have these days/periods marked in a special color on the task bars to which the resources have been assigned (and on the availability-chart bars for those resources).
In this way those resources' non-availability would be clearly signaled on the chart, without any need for automatic lengthening/shortening of task duration when such a resource is assigned or removed from a task.

allow timeline adjustement by dragging columns
Zoom is ok, but I found myself trying to adjust the timescale by trying to drag one column farther away from another; going from Months to Weeks. Of course you have to use Zoom. Can't remember what program it is that allows you to adjust timescales by dragging.

Change Font color for Tasks and Milestones text
we need the ability to use a different text color (i.e. Red, Blue, Green) for tasks and milestones. Since all the text is Black, there is no way for any one text item stand out.

Along Top Timeline - Real Dates OR Project lengths
Instead of the Calendar along the top - to have the ability to toggle it from a start date and just show the duration of tasks in weeks (days and months) with no reference to a real calender date.

Add rich text formatting for sticky notes.
Bullet lists & bold words as well as hyperlinks are very important for me. I add detailed timelines & notes for events and tasks, therefore I need visual organizers.

We will be releasing an update to the resource view soon that will have a checkbox option to either include or exclude completed tasks.

Timer
Include a little stopwatch next to the task (where the notes/attachments icons are) in order to start a timer to keep track of how much time was spent on that specific task.
And a place where we can see how much time was spent on each one.

Update Schedule Based on Current Status
As the plan is being updated, the tasks should re-schedule based on their percent complete and their dependencies. For example, if a task is behind schedule, after a status update, the overall schedule should update to reflect the team required to complete this slippage.

Filtering of Projects

Implement a sorting / organization system into Dashboard. I feel it should have sorting options for ascending/descending alphabetical sort, sort by launch/completion dates, sort by start date, and sort by "assigned to" or limit to a single assignee (for admins) It would help with resource assignment much more that the "availability" feature within the chart.

payment: credit card only(?)
I love to work with teamgantt.com
However from Europe I pay 20% monthly fee to the banc for credit card fees because credit card is the only option to pay my subscription.
Or am I wrong and you offer other payment options ?
