  3. Milestones should not take up 1 day of time

    There's no point to use Milestones when they push an entire project back 1 day due to dependencies. Allow them to overlap somehow. Thanks!

  5. Live collaboration when working

    It would be really great if I could see who is currently logged into the app (from my team), and the changes they are making to a project at the same time I am making changes or adding tasks.

  6. Link items in different projects

    An option to link tasks from one project to another, e.g. a Milestone from one project can be imported to another project and gets updated there if it is shifted.

  9. Allow resources to be grouped

    It would be nice if Resources could be grouped or put into teams and have the ability to assign them to multiple tasks (or even a whole group of tasks) at once...this would save time and keep planners from having to assign each resource to each task individually.

    Google App Scripts are mindblowingly powerful. Would love to combine the power of those with Team Gannt so we could tie it closely into the community toolchain we are building.

    Ability to assign availability for resources. Such as sick leave/holiday so when planning you can tell if a resource is going to be available or if you need to pull in more talent.

  12. Create task/milestone email notifications (added, deleted, or revised)

    Could be missing this functionality, but it would be helpful if an email notification went out immediately anytime a resource was given a new task/milestone or an existing task/resource is revised (this assumes a resource was assigned).

    Allow different colors for milestones and that milestones can overlap tasks so the dependencies won't turn red.

  14. Allow subgroups to have dependencies

    It would be good to make a subgroup dependent on a milestone so that when you move the milestone the dependent subgroup and all its tasks within also move

  15. Change the colour of the month dividing line to be different to the week

    The vertical lines that delineate the weeks are exactly the same colour as the ones that mark the months and it can be difficult to distinguish between them.

  16. data entry for many tasks could be easier/efficient

    a task-based data entry view with a spreadsheet like feel to it would be great for heavy data entry. Tab between fields, enter goes to new task row (click something that says you're done editing), date fields for quick entry -- fine tune it later with drag/drop. even if you leave off the date fields for now, it would be great to have such a mode for heavy data entry of tasks.

    Also, if I could paste a list from another app into that new data entry view that would save lots of time. To start, just the task names…

  18. Red Color for overdue

    For those tasks overdue and low %, show them a deep red. For those overdue with a higher % completion, maybe a progressively lighter red color. Thanks!

  19. Show Start and End Dates in the Column

    Can you make an option to show Start and End Dates in the left hand columns. This is often the most pertinent info after the task itself and the only easy way you have is to go clicking or hovering for stuff. Making it accessible in the column would make it much easier to see and edit.

    Thanks for submitting this! We are planning on adding this feature. We have a few others lined up before it, but you should see it down the road a bit :)

  20. to put 'Done' icon on a task bar, just in case of the project is done before deadline

    There are many cases a project is done before the schedule.

    So I like to have a feature which I can put 'Done' icon on a task bar on the day finished, instead of re-size the task bar.
    This feature will be great to show clients that the project is going well and fast.
