Schedule change alert
It would be nice if as part of your daily notification e-mails there could be a section indicating whenever someone made a change to a schedule, especially a delay that affects other dependencies. It could indicate which user made the change, the original date for that task, and the revised date.
22 votesWe’ve had this feature for a little bit, but finally getting around to updating this. We now have a feature that will email those assigned to the task, notifying them of the changes.

Assign multiple tasks at once
I'd like to be able to assign multiple tasks to a user(s) by selecting them all or by assigning a group of tasks to a user(s)

The ability to attach links like google docs in the Upload Document section.
Many organizations use Google docs to keep all of their documents. When these organization want to attach a spreadsheet or a document we should not have to download from Google docs to our PC in order to upload back into TEAMGANTT's upload documents section. A link section that points to a PDF document on Google docs would be more convenient.

Integrate with dropbox
Have full integration with dropbox in order to share files and increase capacity for users. As well as this will help with real time sync on documents that are being work without the need to be uploading different versions.

allow Admin to edit users
Currently, Admin users are only able to delete users. However, I have one with a misspelled email address and am not able to change the address.
The current workaround is to delete the user, add a new one and then reassign all the work currently assigned to said user.
11 votesAccounts holders are now able to change a user’s name and email address from within Admin > Manage Users.

Remove a User
I know this sounds dumb, but I can't find any way to completely remove a team member from the system. So I hit my max users and am just stuck. Currently it seems this has been made intentionally difficult so that users feel they have to upgrade their accounts, which would be shady.

Add Start and End days on report
I would be nice if the report has start day dates and end day dates.

When dragging objects with dependencies backwards, allow the ability for the dependencies to be dragged backwards as well
TeamGantt currently moves all dependent objects to the right when you drag a parent dependency to the right (i.e. a delay to one task "bumps out" all its dependent tasks). The converse is not true.
I recognise that you wouldn't want this to happen all the time (e.g. a dependent task in the future might have a fixed date and you would not want to change that date just because some tasks further upstream have been completed ahead of schedule). Maybe holding down shift while dragging objects to the left would be an indicator that you wanted to "bunch up"…
7 votesThis is now supported. To enable it, Open a project, click Menu > My Preferences. Then check the “Remove slack when dragging” option.
This will automatically remove the gap between all downstream tasks, even if dragged backwards.

Add a calendar feed that includes ALL PROJECTS
It would be nice to have one calendar feed that includes all or multiple projects. This would allow our project managers to see an overview of what's going on with just one click in their calendars. Currently they need many clicks
