Refresh page / update view when project marked as completed
When I mark the project as completed on my projects page, nothing changes. It's not till I refresh the browser page that the project is moved to the completed section.

Strikeout text for text for tasks that won't happen
Sometimes we have a task that won't happen -- it gets dropped from the project or deferred. Rather than delete the task, how about a way to mark it as deferred. Then, render the item in --strikeout-- text.

Allow tasks with no start/end date, but tied to a milestone
For design projects, unlike construction projects, many tasks don't really have a start or end date. They may have a deadline or be tied to a milestone.

When in the Gantt chart, if I need to go out past the view on my screen I have to let go of what I am doing and scroll at the bottom and then move it out that way. Can we get the scroll to work while we are working within the chart? I would like to be able to hold onto a task or group of tasks and move them past my current view if need be without having to constantly scroll all of the time back and forth.

Convert "Other Resources" to "People"
Currently if I setup Other Resources and use them in multiple projects, but at a later date need to convert them to a Person so they receive emails and can view tasks assigned to them it's not possible.
This would be extremely useful for us.

Set task percent complete with drag
Currently you can size / position a task by dragging. Maybe adding Ctrl-Click-Drag to set it's percent complete right on the Gantt. I have graphic of the idea I will try to add.

CSV feed - more information
CSV Feed could have:
- type: project/group/task/milestone
- project percent complete
- field "i" could come in diferent fields

Is there a way to easily split a task, i.e. one that has been started, progress updated, but has to be dropped and the remaining outstanding work re-scheduled

enable fixed end or start dates
so that tasks don't moved based on delays in other areas. some tasks must be completed/start by a certain date regardless

I need a quick way to add and remove users from projects
I just got bumped up to a higher priced subscription and I need some "basic guest" users who can only see certain projects.
I am willing to pay a bit more, but this was frustrating. I just had everything in one big project and am busy splitting it up, and may put it all back into one big project.

Currently there is no way to sort data, especially sorting for dates in tasks/groups.

Nathan (Co-founder) marked a previous suggestion as complete but it is NOT!
In order to select many tasks in the group and assign them, they first need to have a date. This makes no sense because the person who needs to be assigned will be the one who puts a date on the tasks. It is backwards. (First you need to be able to assign an entire group of tasks to a person, then THEY will put it into THEIR calendar- because they are one one completing the task)

delete users
I would like to be able to remove users (employees who leave the company) but without removing the hours assigned to project. Our bill keeps growing as we can't afford losing the hours used in a project.

Decouple Tasks and Groups
Currently, all tasks must be associated with a group. Create the ability to manage a task outside of the group structure. In real life, there are activities that need to happen to implement a project overall that doesn't require other associated activities.
It seems kind of silly to require a group that will ultimately have only a single task.

More excel templates to present exported time data
My accounts team rely quite heavily on the time data entered. At present I can only bulk download and the csv file whilst it has heaps of data - has HEAPS of data that means almost nothing to the average office worker. I love that you include excel and doc templates for ways to manage projects - what about including some that can manipulate the csv time report data to show valuable information comparing hours worked against various projects, hours worked by various resources, x various projects, quickly identifying hours that are billable or un-billable... This would save me SOOOO…

Please give an account holder the ability to adjust hours of other users. Occasionally someone will forget to track time or I need help entering my hours.
