  2. It would be nice to have one calendar feed that includes all or multiple projects. This would allow our project managers to see an overview of what's going on with just one click in their calendars. Currently they need many clicks

  3. So many times I create a task and realise it should, in fact, be a milestone. Currently I have to copy the text, delete the task, create a milestone an paste the text.

    A "Convert to milestone" option would be great.

  5. It would be great to be able to add users to the company/team without directly assigning them to projects. getting them in the system from the beginning would make it even easier to get all your projects loaded in at once.

    This feature has been included for some time. Forgot to update this. Simply click the Menu drop down and then select My Preferences. In there you’ll see options to show name in the bar, next to the bar, or both.

  7. Something that should be fairly simple that would speed up my task entry considerably would be to make the colour of the new task default to the same colour as the most recent colour I set for a the last task I created.


    BACKGROUND

    I tend to use a convention that Grey tasks have "ball park" estimates of effort/duration and then once they've been fluffed out and rounded out then we give them some other colour.

    So in that mode of setting up a new project I will be entering a bunch of grey tasks.

    By using the color picker in the top right hand corner of the page. All tasks added will be that color. If you wish to change colors as you go for batch groups, you can change the default color in the top right.

    This should give you what you need.

  8. There should be a date format field in settings, because current YYYY-MM-DD is not easily readable and the easiest way to provide any format users like is to give them an option to enter it by themselves

  9. At the moment when a task is created (or copied) it cannot be moved to another group. It would be very useful to have that feature, above for those tasks that are common to different groups.

I often have a series of tasks that require a single user to complete within a sub-group which repeats for each catalog drop date. it would be nice to be able to assign a group level resource to a project, and/or even a top tier project level assignment. I would like to assign the user once at a project level and have that trickle down to the task level automatically. Assigning multiple users adds them all to the entire stack within the project and adding new tasks or sub groups automatically adds the resources to the project as well.

    We have a way to do this, although it’s not exactly how you describe. You can now assign resources to multiple tasks at one time.

    Simply select the tasks you want, and then assign like you normally would.

  11. Be good to have tiers of groups. Currently you a group, underneath of which you put all the tasks. It would be good to be able to group some of these tasks together into a subgroup.

  16. Sometimes, It's hard for me to follow up 5 projects at once and activities feed will help me to know the latest update of team members in each project,

    The activities feed helps admin/manager/team members acknowledge what have been change since their last visit/lastest 50 changes.

  17. I'd love to use TeamGantt for my clients. I don't want them to move tasks or edit resources but i need them to comment on tasks (and commenting on files would be great as well).

  18. I'm a user from Slovakia. We use special characters as "ščťžú" etc. Instead of "Analýza I. - Štruktúra" i get "Analýza I. - Å¡truktúra". Can you please support central european encodings? utf8 would help or cp1250 (windows-1250). thx

    It’s slightly different than your request, but hitting Command+Enter (mac) or Shift+Enter (windows) will add a task after the currently highlighted group or task. Command+Shift+Enter/Control+Shift+Enter will add a milestone.
