Show % completed in Dashboard

Allow users to see a snapshot of each project's completeness from the dashboard.

    I would also like to have the project completion percentage displayed in the dashboard to provide an overall summary of how all projects are tracking.

    It would also be good to then be able to pull out a summary report of each active project with their % total as well as the start and end date.
