build a separate time-tracking app.
We use Toggl and others use Harvest. Both those are competitors to your new time-tracking tools. We'd love to switch to only use your system, however without a native mac app and iOS/Android app, it's simply too cumbersome to track time, particularly "on the go" when I don't have a computer in front of me.
If the app allowed me to log into TeamGantt and it just shows me all the items on my to-do today (with an option to search) and then the ability to toggle on/off, that would be all a worthwhile MVP.
For comparison, I work at a desktop and I have a single key set to quickly start/stop the timer. I never load Toggl's website and it was a deciding factor for choosing their product.
The most common problem with time tracking is that people say "it takes too much time to track time". You need to remove those hurdles whenever possible.
Happy to chat through it with someone if there's interest.

total agreement, no time tracker app is almost a deal breaker
