Allocate Partial Person/Resource
I would like to assign 25% of a persons/resources time to a task. Two examples:
I have a huge computer resource and I am going to be utilizing 30% of its capacity for a task. Other people need to see that 70% of that resource is still available.
Dan is assigned to 2 tasks that overlap in time. 1 task will take 20% of his time and another will take 60% of his time.
