In addition to the day and week views, if we need a slightly higher less granular view, add the capability to roll it up by Month and by Quarter.

Update the chart in real time as other users modify it
We've been using the tool during project planning meetings, where several users have the chart open and modify it as new tasks are created. However, the chart isn't updated until a user refreshes the page, or makes some other change. It'd be great to have the chart update for everyone as soon as the change gets made!

Roll up view of projects
Option to display multiple projects allowing users to collapse all tasks and all groups so they are left with the project name, percent complete, and overall timeline (start and end date) for the projects.

The title pretty much says it all, a dark theme.

Show Start and End Dates in the Column
Can you make an option to show Start and End Dates in the left hand columns. This is often the most pertinent info after the task itself and the only easy way you have is to go clicking or hovering for stuff. Making it accessible in the column would make it much easier to see and edit.

Add integration with Google Drive
A lot of apps are now integrating themselves with GDocs/GDrive. Files of any type can be saved to GDrive and when opened find the appropriate web application to open the file in and begin editing. All files in one place yet many applications. This would be very powerful and also touch on many of the other requests such as backups.

Duplicating tasks whith their checklist
I created some "template tasks" with a checklist so they can be duplicated by users, but unfortunately the checklist doesn't come with the duplicated task !

Allow the user to set a fixed date for a milestone that will not move
This way I can set a fixed date for a critical milestone and see it turn the dependencies red when the project changes and we may miss this milestone.

Have a duration field on all screens instead of just start and end dates.
When we are creating a Gantt off of an SOW, the SOW only deals with estimated duration (in hours/days/weeks). It would be great to have the duration field present on all screens so we can easily add/edit this. For example on List view when we are putting in all the tasks, we should be able to say 'starts on this date, for a 10 day duration' and the system would automatically calculate the end date from that. Currently we have to open up end date calendar and count the days which adds up to a lot of time on large…

Tag Task Colors w/a description and filter by color
Add ability to tag or label a color. i.e. (pending, on-hold, blocked, in-trouble etc.) Also add ability to filter by those labels or colors.

Milestones should not take up 1 day of time
There's no point to use Milestones when they push an entire project back 1 day due to dependencies. Allow them to overlap somehow. Thanks!

Allow resources to be grouped
It would be nice if Resources could be grouped or put into teams and have the ability to assign them to multiple tasks (or even a whole group of tasks) at once...this would save time and keep planners from having to assign each resource to each task individually.

Provide ability to rename colors
The ability to rename colors to fit our team (eg Blue=PTO, Orange= In the field, etc) would be visually appealing and provide consistency for color coding the gantt chart.

Make the Percentage complete % bar draggable
Instead of having to edit a task to update the number related to percentage complete. It would be useful to be able to drag the bar within the task itself.
The process of dragging the bar would also show a % complete number in the interface so that you could correlate the two.

On Dashboard, should be able to :
- reorder projects
- group projects by keywors (ex : customers, ressources, thematics, template)
- access directly projects settings / suppression
- drag and drop from Active to OnHold
