Project Access
I cannot find how to enable a new user to see all projects, it should be as simple as adding them to a group or set their permission.
doing it one by one for 30+ projects is a nightmare.

labels instead of resources
Currently I use "resources" as label (e.g. bug, feature) but they look like assignments and show up in the assigned column. They should be displayed separately.

Provide ability to change colors or provide additional filters in Workload
Our team does frequent field work and being able to quickly/clearly see when someone is in the field (or on PTO) on the Workload view would be a huge benefit. For example, a member's # of tasks might show only 1 task so I'd be inclined to assign something else but in reality that task is fieldwork so they cannot take on additional work. We have assigned a color for fieldwork so a workaround would be the ability to filter the workload tasks by color.

I would be good if you could add an est mins, or hours to complete the a task.
The est time in mins or hours could then then be put into the task bar which would help plan hour many days or weeks to complete the task

Feedback and control version
We're a bit confused about how it works here!
Maybe it would be nice to send messages to the resources when they're included in any activity.
And, if there are many people working in the same project at the same time. How it's updated?

Add task name
I think it asked me initially if and how I wanted task name displayed on chart. I chose not to have them displayed because they're really quite lengthy. Add option for short name and then description in another field. Also, allow option to be turned on after you've created the project.

Move/fling timeline
I'd love to see a "hand" cursor appear while I'm hovering over empty parts of the timeline, indicating that I can click and drag left or right to move the timeline. A bonus would be the ability to "fling" the timeline in either direction and click to "catch" it, or let it slow to a stop by itself.

add a Simple LIST VIEW of my tasks and specific user tasks for specific project or all projects.
A user could output an easy to print list of the tasks and/or milestones that belong to them, everyone or any specific user. The list cold be as simple as name and due date, or offer choices to show Name, date, collaborator, comment and so on.
This could be achieved by being able to hide the gant chart when outputting a pdf export.

to put 'Done' icon on a task bar, just in case of the project is done before deadline
There are many cases a project is done before the schedule.
So I like to have a feature which I can put 'Done' icon on a task bar on the day finished, instead of re-size the task bar.
This feature will be great to show clients that the project is going well and fast.1 vote -
Logs that show administrators activity such as logins, file downloads and changes made by your team.

Add Messages and Tasks to Dashboard
Dashboard should have a couple of columns below the projects...
Messages (so you don't have to rely on emails)
and
Tasks (There are tasks that do not need to be in the Gantt Chart, but need to belong to a Group/Sub-group)

Add 'Type' attribute to docs and notes and show it on project update
It would be very usefull to add a 'type' attribute to both notes and and docs. For example a note or document could be linked to a briefing or a change request. So it would be great if the user can sort the notes/docs by type. This would also help increase the level of understanding (if doc-name will be displayed even better) in the update mails as one can see what kind of document has been attached.

Reduce size of subgroup header bars by 50%
The group and subgroup headers are too similar, visually, especially in projects with many groups of just a few tasks each.

A "Notes/Comments" field per month and/or week
We usually have monthly "themes", focusing on a certain product, and and it is also helpful to add notes like "xmas holidays", "office closed", and other 'global' events that help you see the big picture when planning

Show names of Subgroups ON the subgroup bar, just like tasks
I like to see the name of a tsk inside the bar. But when converting a task to a subgroup, the name disappears. If I switch on "show task names next to bars" they are displayed, but I don't like that view and it is not consistant that subgroup names is shown in one view and not the other?
