I am the only one planning at a small company with only 3 people. Still we do have more projects then only one, but we hesitate to upgrade where we would have to pay for a minimum of 5 users. I assume there are a lot of small companies in a similar situation.30 votes
Integration with Podio (in my opinion the best 'social' projectmanagement around) would make Podio the ultimate solution.
A good Gantt chart option is the only thing which is still missing and is still too difficult to build with Podio's awesome Apps functionality.30 votes
Would it be possible to link the percentage done on a task and the planned time of this task ?
For example : if a person has 8 hours per day for 5 days planned on one task and if this person completes this task to 100 % in 3 days, actually there’s 2 days of 8 hours that are still planed. But this person doesn’t need it because the task is completely done. It would be great if when a task is 100 % done by someone the planed time of this task was deleted for the following days…29 votes

The checklists are a great way to track the detail of what needs to be done in a task. This suggestion is to tie the Task's percent complete to the number of items complete in a checklist.
For example, I create a checklist inside a task called "Test Feature A". I then create a checklist inside "Test Feature A" with
- Test #1
- Test #2
- Test #3
When I check the box next to "Test #1", the percent complete for "Test Feature A" should change to 33% because 1 of 3 tasks is complete.26 votes
When assigning hours to a resource on a task, it averages the hours over the duration of the task. Ability to override that and specific specific hours for each day.26 votes
Implement a sorting / organization system into Dashboard. I feel it should have sorting options for ascending/descending alphabetical sort, sort by launch/completion dates, sort by start date, and sort by "assigned to" or limit to a single assignee (for admins) It would help with resource assignment much more that the "availability" feature within the chart.25 votes
When working inside team gantt, its very common to have a task comment open, and then be distracted by some other work external to team gantt. Its very easy at this point to loose track of which project you are commenting in, especially if you are managing hundreds of projects with similar task names. It'd be great to have the project name display just above where the task name exists already in each comment.
We also do a weekly WIP meeting, where we go through overdue tasks and often need to check comments (as we use these as records of…24 votes
Currently we can color code tasks, but it would be great if we could color code a group as well to display on the gantt.24 votes
Allow Users to be assigned to Groups (e.g. Departments), and allow Resource Filtering by assigned Group/Department, rather than just individual user names. This allows a department manager to more easily view all tasks for which they are responsible, across multiple open projects.
Also: within Resource Filter, allow option to select "Unassigned" tasks as a specific filter. This allows the project manager to find such tasks and make sure they are assigned.24 votes
The client is invited to TeamGantt and loves the "live view" of his projects. However, our internal resource planning and discussions about availability, sickness, issues etc should not be viewable by the client.23 votesAdminNathan (Co-Founder, TeamGantt) responded
There is currently an option to share a public link to the project. This way the person you are sending it too would not have to log in or create an account. You can also hide files and comments.
To do this, open the project and click Menu→Embed. This is where you can adjust settings to optionally hide information. You will need to create a public key. Then click “Get Embed Code”. The very last option is a link that you can copy and paste.
We need to make this easier, but at least it’s possible for now.
Please let me know if this helps or if you have more questions. Simply respond to this email with your feedback.

I like to have these option
First, diverse color options for task bar. There are only 8 colors now, but what if there are more options for choosing colors?
Second, what if text or text area of work list (left side) has same color as task bar?
Please consider this one.21 votes
Make it possible to put multiple (repeating) milestones on one line (for when the same milestone repeats).21 votes
The only way to have the different tasks update according to their dependencies is to move them. When you create tasks and define dependencies, you need to move the first task so that the others are moved accordingly.
I guess that having dependencies between task Y depending on X means that Y should start after X.
I would really like to see an option where all tasks are autoscheduled like it is the case in MS project. That would avoid to have inconsitency in some tasks in the project.
Making new dependencies should update start times of subsequent tasks without…21 votes
When I filter by resources, the same filter does not apply to the availability section.
I'd like to be able to apply the same filter to both the top (scheduling) panel and the bottom (availability) panel.20 votes

Allow different colors for milestones and that milestones can overlap tasks so the dependencies won't turn red.19 votes
