Edit multiple tasks at once
I'd like to be able to edit multiple selected tasks at once:
- move all selected tasks to some group
- delete
- add estimate
- add progress
- move forward/backward in time10 votes -
Make holidays a date range instead of a single date
For the larger holidays, my company doesn't have a single day off. We have a week off. With the current interface, I have to create 7 individual holidays in order to block off that time.

Add a weighting for percentage completion
Team Gantt bases percentage completion only on time. Good for some not all projects. If we are laying 3 km of water pipe over 2 months and are monitoring water quality over 6 months the water quality will have 3 times the weight even though it costs a hundredth of the pipeline and requires little resource. We need a simple optional weighting system so that we can weight tasks to give a more realistic picture of progress.

Lack of shortcuts
There is a lack of shortcurs. When you are becoming a frequent user of any app, you want to spend less time looking for stuffs in the menus. The doc only shows two shortcuts and I could not make the second works : http://support.teamgantt.com/article/23-keyboard-shortcuts
Useful shortcuts would be :
- Open popup and fin tasks by name
- Open popup and find project by name
- Edit task when selected
- Delete task when selected
- Open Assignee popup when task selected
- Add comment on selected task
- Upload file popup
- Switch to different view (gantt/list/taksks/time sheet/ ...)
All shortcuts should have default values but also…

Export Team Availability Report
It would be great if we would export the Team Availability heatmap view for the week/month/year.

implement Task Constraints
Allow the following constraints to be added to tasks:
- Start No Earlier Than (SNET)
- Start No Later Than (SNLT)
- Finish No Later Than (FNLT)
- Must Start On (MSO)
- Must Finish On (MFO)
For example if I use the Finish No Later Than constraint and I delay a task that will then delay all it's dependent tasks, each dependent task also shift back in time UNLESS this FNLT constraint is not satisfied. In which case, the dependency line will colour itself red.10 votes -
Task duration list view
Some of our project have a long time frame. The list view is a good summary, but lacks a duration column e.g. 1 month, 6 weeks, 6 months.
Start and end dates can be confusing for big projects.10 votes -
Google Calendar Integration : reverse option (Google Calendar -> TeamGantt import events feature)
I would be very happy (and I hope a bunch of other users too!) if it would be possible to import events from Google Calendar to TeamGantt (as now it is only possible to do the reverse: display TeamGantt events in Google Calendar). This would enable updating the workflow based on an updated project calendar.

Microsoft Teams Integration
It would be great if this could be integrated into Microsoft Teams similar to what you have for Slack.

So that every Teamlead can go easyli through his Team? So we have a structure and do not go wildly confused about it10 votes -
Change the colour of the month dividing line to be different to the week
The vertical lines that delineate the weeks are exactly the same colour as the ones that mark the months and it can be difficult to distinguish between them.

Show start and end dates on group/subgroup
On rollover, show the start and end dates for a group, similar to how they are displayed on rollover for a task

Ability to Sync a Basecamp Calendar
We have setup a Basecamp Calendar called "Holidays" so staff ( especially contractors ) can log days they won't be available. It is working well in Basecamp, and have already had a contractor block out yesterday using his phone while sitting in the Doctors waiting room, which I was then notified about thru Basecamp so it all linked up.
If this calendar could be synced with Teamgantt, then we could see events like the above in real time in Teamgantt, and be able to change things around to suit.
I have thought of a workaround "Make a Basecamp project called…

Export Image (PNG)
To (readonly) embed teamgantt charts in our enterprise wiki documents, an URL rendering an image (PNG) would be very helpful. This URL may use the same authentication as the current embedding features.
The current embedding abilities are not feasible in our case since
- we can't embed javascript
- embedding an iframe does not work for PDF generation of the complete page.9 votes -
Casual and Part Time Employees
We have a mix of Full-time, Part-time and Casual employees. I'd like the ability (at least with Part-timers) to adjust their availability through a normal week. For example, we have a guy who is at University on Tuesday, so I'd like a way to ensure his working week is reduced to 32 hours and tasks that are allocated over the week don't fall on a Tuesday.

Option of hiding the completed tasks (100%) on the Time Sheet view.
It would be great if there was the possiblity to hide the completed tasks (100%) on the Time Sheet view.
This view is very helpful to have a quick view of the weekly plannification. If there is the option of hide the completed tasks you would be able to foccus only in the not done ones.9 votes -

Idle time detector on timer
Putting a facility thatPauses the timer if your screen goes idle. Users can set how long the time should wait, for example, after five minutes idle time, after 15 minutes idle time and so on.
If you have left your computer for a prolonged amount of time and you come back to your computer, the timing must ask if you actually were on the job that was being timed or if you were in fact taking a break. (Sometimes you can end up in a call for 20 minutes so the timer will think that perhaps you were idle during…
