Resource leveling would be great, but it would be important to implement it in an easy to understand way and provide an "undo" option. Resource leveling seems to do surprising things to projects in MS Project.

This feature, especially import, really reduces the risk of trying TeamGanntt, which makes it easier for me to convince my team to try it. Our biggest difficulty with MS Project is maintaining the schedule after it has been created. It seems like the slightest change causes the schedule to explode. This stifles feedback because people become reluctant to update the schedule.
