Please allow task and project lists to be reordered by start date or due date.
At the moment I think the only way that project and task lists can be ordered is alphabetically. It would make task and project management much easier to be able to re-order those lists so that some lists can show projects in the order they started (irrespective of name) and tasks in the order that they are due.
I suggest this in relation to the 'My Projects' list, the 'My Tasks' list view which is used heavily by us as a homepage, for showing each user's upcoming and overdue tasks.

When the date is changed for tasks, dependencies also reflect update.
When a task date is updated such as in the List view, the dependencies would also map to the new date. Currently if you drag a task the dependency does follow but this does not flow if you update the date range elsewhere.

Dashboard
I would love to see a beautiful dashboard where I can edit each area with the filters I want and have them saved there so I can see everything I need in a fast way without having to filter everything every time.

Create Teams of Certain People and Resources, Creating Leader of the Task, and adding budgets
In real world we have Teams. Departments. For Eg, I know that Mr X, Mr Y, and Mr Z are a part of Design Team, so while assigning tasks instead of selecting everyone from the design team individually I should be able to select design team, and the software should automatically assign the task to everyone who is involved in the design team.
Second problem is Task Leader. Usually all the tasks have a responsible leader, and then the collaborators. You should have an additional column of task leader, so that everyone can know who is leading the task.

Fix the zoom option for shared view
Hi. I really like the tool, it is simple to use and has a very nice GUI. I encountered a bug (or a gap): when I view the Gantt chart in the view-only mode (using url generated via the Share with non-teamgantt option), then the zoom settings in top right corner do not work, they are stuck on the default (100 percent, day view) whatever I choose. I am using Safari browser (Version 12.0.2 (13606.3.4.1.4)).

add a functionality that enables the user to assign holidays to individual resources
if holidays can be assigned to a resource, which will be flagged every time the resource is included in a project during that period of time, issues can be avoided, and the job can be allocated to another resource

Workload per department
I think it would be great if you can add a tag or department to people. When you go in to the workload of all colleagues than it would be great if you can sort people per department or tag.

When you mouse over the comments icon next to each task show a popup box with the main note
We use this main note (the one in the shaded area) to add a budget next to each task so it would be much easier to mouse over to be reminded of this rather than having to open it each time

Word search
I need a way to search for specific tasks words or words inside the "discussions" and I don't see that option now.

Date formatting shall be a global setting
It is possible to change the date formatting in View > Date Format. But this only applies for Projects but not in Timesheets. Make Date Formatting a global application setting. In Europe, we don't use US formats (mm/dd).

Templates should have roles assigned to be autofilled
If 20 tasks are assigned to a person in a template, and the next project has a different person assigned, right now I have to go into every single task and change the name. If it was a generic role, I could assign a person to that role, and it would autofill the project with the new person taking those tasks.

Expand parent group of task selected from "Availability"
When I click on task from “Availability” hours, if it is closed, it doesn’t expand, so you don’t actually see the task. This is kinda more of a bug than a feature, because it doesn't show you the hidden task.

Searchable discussions & chat option
Can you make the discussions searchable because sometimes you need to search for a specific word or a topic. This way we can use the discussion instead of long emails.

Sharing the read-only Gantt view with other team members needs more options.
I've been loving TeamGantt for general workstack management. It's great to be able to generate the share link for projects and share it with team members who only need to be able to look at my departments work load at a glance.
However there are two things I can see making this immediately better.
1.) Showing the user availability heat map on this share view. Sometimes, in a meeting, my Account Execs just need to very quickly see an availability date and this would help them. Instead they have to scroll through a lot of projects and try to find…

Export Project Health Report
Having the ability to export the project health report would greatly help when producing my monthly board pack for senior management as it give good visibility on the status of projects.
