Add Toggl integration
We already use Toggl and love its reports. But TG is our preferred method for project management. Would love to see an integration, but if not then my other votes go for a time tracker w/in TG. Thanks!

Ability to set recurring meetings or blocking off time to accurately show resource availability
My team spends a lot of time in recurring meetings. I want to more accurately show their availability based around these meetings. Plus, I want to be able to easily create a recurring milestone (like a weekly meeting).

Allow Sharing Groups of Activities (Instead of sharing a whole project each time activities are assigned to a person)
Sometimes we would like to share just a portion of a project with certain team members. Being able to share groups of activities, as needed, would be very useful. It can also help those team members focus on their tasks.

Add buttons to Expand and Collapse all groups in the Project View
These buttons can be located next to the GANTT / LIST buttons on the upper left quadrant of the project view.

Show Budgeted Time vs Actual Time Worked
The actual time worked should be entered by the person doing the work. It could keep the accumulated amount of previous hours/minutes and add new time entries each time work is performed. The total time worked vs the total time budgeted for each task would be a very useful piece or information.

Allow admin to build project and create all tasks before publishing and inviting people
When creating a complex project, it would be very helpful to be able to create and tune up the project in private, while assigning real people to the tasks. I don't want the people looking at the project while it is being created and sorted out. Once it is ready, then I would like to publish it to the relevant people.

Show the task group name inside the task group bar
Show the task group name inside the gray task group bar in the gantt, when the view option "Show task name in bars" is enabled.

Exclude emails on weekends option

Dashboard Analytics
What I love to see in teamgantt is resource utilization report and project status report all in Dashboard, it shall help me as an Operations Manager to keep the studio on track and report to BOD the improvements made. Please consider this in your next updates **HUB PLANNER does this and its really make a difference

Add "Hide Completed" to the My Tasks view
I really dig the daily and weekly "My Tasks" view, but by mid-day, it becomes less useful because it stays cluttered with the tasks I have already completed.
It would be fantastic if there was a little checkbox that hid all tasks marked 100% complete.
Wouldn't it feel great to see the little number next to "My Tasks" shrink to zero by the end of the day? It's the little things...

Move time period
When the start date is changed you should be able to change it and have all the project dates move forward accordingly. When I've changed the start date on your site you then have to manually move all the elements forward to match the start and end date period for each element (ie if the length of time of that element is constant there's no way to shift them forward eg one month)

Option of hiding the completed tasks (100%) on the Time Sheet view.
It would be great if there was the possiblity to hide the completed tasks (100%) on the Time Sheet view.
This view is very helpful to have a quick view of the weekly plannification. If there is the option of hide the completed tasks you would be able to foccus only in the not done ones.9 votes -

On the (My Active Projects) list I need the ability to change order of the project. They are currently sorted as they were added.

Casual and Part Time Employees
We have a mix of Full-time, Part-time and Casual employees. I'd like the ability (at least with Part-timers) to adjust their availability through a normal week. For example, we have a guy who is at University on Tuesday, so I'd like a way to ensure his working week is reduced to 32 hours and tasks that are allocated over the week don't fall on a Tuesday.

dependencies
Can we fix a dependencies in time. I mean I would start the task 2 only 6 weeks after the end of the task 1. If the task 1 finished sooner or later, I want the task 2 start still 6 weeks after.

My resource that was "Currently In Project" did not have a * next to it.
But because it was an existing resource, I wasn't able to share that resource with other projects.
If I was creating it new, there is a box called "Available to All Projects" but there is no box for me to check once it's an existing resource.1 vote
