Highlight a date
The ability to highlight a specific date matched to a milestone on the Gantt Chart itself. It would allow the user to see that date marked at any point even if they've scrolled up/down away from the milestone. Good for fixing the date as an important one. Perhaps color coding so that several dates can be highlighted.

Email notifications whenever someone updates teamgantt
It would be useful for teamgantt to email the admin of a project whenever someone has provided an update to the project. Or have a weekly summary of all the changes.

Integration with Podio
Integration with Podio (in my opinion the best 'social' projectmanagement around) would make Podio the ultimate solution.
A good Gantt chart option is the only thing which is still missing and is still too difficult to build with Podio's awesome Apps functionality.30 votes -
Notification settings
I have used many similar platforms before and I would really like to be able to control other user's notification settings on TeamGantt. Definitely missing this functionality as we cannot adjust it for guest users who don' have the time to change it themselves.

Add Archive feature
When tasks have been finished I don't want to delete them because they have useful comments in them. I also don't want them cluttering up the user interface so I can't see what's relevant.
So what I currently do is to move them into an Archive project. This takes a while because you can only move them one at a time, or move them into a new group and move the group.
What would be really useful is to be able to select Archive or Move to.. in the same menu that edit and delete appear.

Email Team About Progress
It would be great to be able to email team members from the task asking them to update the status. It would be even more great if the team member could update the progress from the email. This would make collaboration even easier.

Changing a task duration by typing the new duration in the form should affect dependencies
When you drag a task bar to change the duration, the dependent tasks move appropriately. But if you open a task and type a new duration into the form, the dependent tasks don't move. The behavior should be consistent.

Show project of a baseline and/or add option to label a baseline
The baselines you introduced are very helpful. But if you've opened more than one project at once it is really confusing which baseline belongs to which project. In addition the baselines are sorted in a strange way that makes it even harder to find the right one.
Adding the project name to the baseline (e.g. behind the date in parentheses) would be helpful. Even more helpful would be the possibility to label a baseline.6 votes -
Organize Users by Organization or Company Membership
We do contract work for a lot of organizations and we would like to give them access to their project's gantt.
It would be nice if users could be organized into groups based on which company they belong to.
Pulling this info directly from basecamp ( using the upcoming basecamp integration here: http://tinyurl.com/kjtxy7k ) would also be a huge bonus!

Import/Export doesn't work for collaborators
It would be great if the collaborators' emails would also get saved and upon successful import of a project, an email would be sent to them (maybe gated by the admin's approval)

Our guys work in different time. Somtimes it can be holidays - saturday and sunday. And wanna do all day working. Maybe i just can't find function what i need?
