Copy all tasks and milestones from one project to another.
Since I want to sync a full project created in TeamGantt to once created in Basecamp, there is no way to copy and transfer. How about allowing the import of a template?

Make holidays a date range instead of a single date
For the larger holidays, my company doesn't have a single day off. We have a week off. With the current interface, I have to create 7 individual holidays in order to block off that time.

There should be a way to delete multiple projects with a couple clicks
I tried to import a csv file with a thousand line items. What it did was create a thousand projects each with one line item in each project. Ugh!
It would be nice if I could "select all" for the thousand projects then delete all selected files with a couple clicks. Having to delete each project individually is painful.

Edit multiple tasks at once
I'd like to be able to edit multiple selected tasks at once:
- move all selected tasks to some group
- delete
- add estimate
- add progress

Add a weighting for percentage completion
Team Gantt bases percentage completion only on time. Good for some not all projects. If we are laying 3 km of water pipe over 2 months and are monitoring water quality over 6 months the water quality will have 3 times the weight even though it costs a hundredth of the pipeline and requires little resource. We need a simple optional weighting system so that we can weight tasks to give a more realistic picture of progress.

Customize hours/day instead of just avg hours/day
When assigning hours to a resource on a task, it averages the hours over the duration of the task. Ability to override that and specific specific hours for each day.

Column for budget planning
Next to %complete a column to integrate cost of various actions. There could be options that only specific members can see this column depending on admin rights.

Option to remove multiple dependencies instantaneously
I have accidentally typed Shift + D and made 50+ dependencies that I didn’t want. Now, I have to go through every single task to remove the dependancy.
I reckon you could easily make toggle of Shift + D (so when it’s clicked again it removes all dependencies).

Milestones outside of groups
It would be helpful to view milestone dates across the entire roadmap, especially since milestones often occur outside of a particular project (like important events/meetings/checkins).
Further, it would be helpful to see reference lines for relevant milestone indicated vertically on the timeline so you can see how those dates intersect the tasks.

Gridlines in Print View
It would be great if we could have an option to put in horizontal gridlines in print view. It would allow easier viewing of printed PDF schedules.

highlight date as you mouseover
In the same way that mousing over the schedule area highlights the row to show the task you're on, it would be great to also highlight the column to show what date you're on.

Allow numeric and color coded priority for all items.
For every task, group, (any object) create a column that indicates priority of the task within a subgroup, group, and up the hierarchy. Could be a numeric priority from 1 - 5.
Add a color code to the task name, and gantt bar to indicate priority - reserve these colors only for use in prioritization.
Enable Views of your Project by seeing Priority from 1 to 5, or only certain priorities (checkboxes).10 votes -
Filter Calendar View by Color
Ability to only see a certain color of tasks or only a certain subgroup of tasks when looking at calendar view. You can do it on gantt view, why can't you do it on calendar view, too??

Export Image (PNG)
To (readonly) embed teamgantt charts in our enterprise wiki documents, an URL rendering an image (PNG) would be very helpful. This URL may use the same authentication as the current embedding features.
The current embedding abilities are not feasible in our case since
- we can't embed javascript
- embedding an iframe does not work for PDF generation of the complete page.9 votes -
Auto-Scheduling
The only way to have the different tasks update according to their dependencies is to move them. When you create tasks and define dependencies, you need to move the first task so that the others are moved accordingly.
I guess that having dependencies between task Y depending on X means that Y should start after X.
I would really like to see an option where all tasks are autoscheduled like it is the case in MS project. That would avoid to have inconsitency in some tasks in the project.
